When you complete our quote form we collect your name, phone number, and where you provide them, your email address, postcode and a description of the work you need. If you call or email us, we hold the details you give us in that conversation.

Only to respond to your enquiry: to arrange a site visit, prepare your quote, carry out agreed work and deal with anything covered by our workmanship guarantee afterwards. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Our own team, and the service providers that operate our website and enquiry handling on our behalf. We share information with anyone else only where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to follow them up. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as the guarantee and our legal and insurance obligations require.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mitchb42@yahoo.com and we will deal with it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Our pages may embed content from third parties, such as a Google map showing where we are based. Those providers may set their own cookies when the content loads, under their own privacy policies.
